- One thing to keep in mind is that not everybody is particularly visual.
- I've noticed that most of the men who I've gotten involved with are
- highly kinesthetic. Their primary mode of sensual interaction is touch.
- I find such men appealing because they tend to be good at casual physical
- affection. Which I find amazingly romantic.
-
- I tend to be highly auditory. I'm concious of this in that I know that
- I learn well by listening, while it's harder for me to remember something
- I've seen. I can recall random odds and ends of conversation but I can
- never remember what somebody looks like unless I know them well. So I
- tend to develop crushes on men based on their voices. I am extremely
- infatuated with a guy I know who is definitely not conventionally attractive -
- he's rather short and has a very large nose - but he's got a wonderful
- voice (both singing and speaking).
-
- Now, this is clearly not enough to sustain a relationship but people do have
- something which creates that initial spark. If we're concious of what it
- is for us, we can see past it and make real choices about who we get
- involved with.
