  16. I think that it is perfectly reasonable for someone to write to the
  17. miscreant ( :-) ) and politely point out the mistake.  Of course, some
  18. people are so childish that they will react against this just because they
  19. can (remind you of anyone?) but generally, the lesson will be learned as
  20. long as the letter was polite.

  22. JIK seems to have struck the right balance with his automated letters and
  23. also seems to be replying promptly, why not leave it to him (if he doesn't
  24. mind of course).
