  21. The term "DNA profile" is misleading. They would almost
  22. certainly keep DNA samples for two reasons.
  23.   1) There is no standard "profile" now.
  24.   2) The ability to extract information from DNA increases over time.
  25.      They don't want to have to ask for additional samples.
