  10.     I heard an interview with a guy on the radio (What do you know w/
  11. Michael Feldman) who sends christmas and birthday cards to major world leaders
  12. every year.  He's just an ordinary US person (Wisconsin, I think).  Still, he
  13. sends those cards every year just because he can.  He actually gets lots of
  14. replies.  Many, he say's from the CIA, but lots from the leaders themselves.
