- I WHOLE-HEARTEDLY AGREE. IT IS VERY SILLY AND STUPID AND CHILDISH TO
- POST IN ALL CAPS. ONE SHOULD TAKE MAXIMUM ADVANTAGE OF THE
- CAPABILITIES OF ASCII. FOR EXAMPLE EVERY MESSAGE FROM NOW ON MUST
- INCLUDE ALL THE PUNCTUATION CHARACTERS THAT ARE POSSIBLE IN ASCII.
- AFTER ALL IT WOULD BE RUDE, CRUDE, AND ABSOLUTELY CHILDISH TO OMIT
