- Experts have many ideas on how to improve the environment, such as irrigation o
- f the deserts, urban transport systems, recycling etc. What all these projects
- require however is energy. It seems to me that this is the limiting factor in t
- the regeneration of the environmant is energy. If we can find a cheap, clean an
- d exceptible method of producing power our problems will be solved.
