  11. Experts have many ideas on how to improve the environment, such as irrigation o
  12. f the deserts, urban transport systems, recycling etc. What all these projects
  13. require however is energy. It seems to me that this is the limiting factor in t
  14. the regeneration of the environmant is energy. If we can find a cheap, clean an
  15. d exceptible method of producing power our problems will be solved.
