  24. I have to disagree with this last statement. Yes, people with a strong
  25. self-image do not get "absorbed into" other people. But people with
  26. good self-understanding do all sorts of things. Self-image and
  27. self-understanding are two different things. Having a strong self-image
  28. can interfere with self-understanding, because your self-image is an
  29. idealized version of yourself, not a realistic one.
