  22. Hiho.  Well...  I imagine if I got an "anonymous" letter like this, I'd have a 
  23. hard time taking it seriously.  If I got a letter like this, I probably 
  24. wouldn't go.  If I did, I'd be more interested as curiousity rather than 
  25. romantic intent.  I suggest signing your name.  This way he'll know who he is 
  26. to meet, and if he does show, there's a better chance he's "interested".  He'd 
  27. also be able to call if he is interested but can't make the time of your 
  28. invite.  Oh...if he doesn't even know your name by sight, he'd probably be 
  29. VERY uncomfortable when meeting you on this date.  Not to put down the idea, 
  30. but it just might not go well if he's more uncomfortable than need be.  I 
  31. suggest somehow briefly meeting him before this letter goes out.  (Obviously 
  32. the "traditional" thing would be the personal asking-out, but it sounds like 
  33. you want to avoid this; that's ok too.)
