- I don't know if this is such a good idea... (no flame here, just MHO) but
- "House of Blue Light" stunk after a strong "Perfect Strangers", and
- Gillan's vocals at the "In Search of Pink" Knebworth concert were
- disappointing. Granted, he's a showman, and was terrific (even during the
- "Perfect Strangers" tour), but I feel his voice may be shot! Anybody see
- his independent Gillan band shows who'd care to (hopefully) prove me
- wrong? I'd rather remember the old Gillan than have more disappointments.

- Also, what happens to Turner? I like his writing style (assuming he
- writes the vocals) and his voice fits (kinda reminescent of Rainbow <ha!
- ha!>), and "Slaves and Masters" is a good album. Did he ever tour with
- the band, or was it an album deal? Even though he was in Rainbow, I was
- quite willing to hate him in DP until I heard that album.
