- Deja vu strikes -- just one month ago, Graig Shipley asked exactly
- the same questions, and as far as I know I was the only one who answered
- on the Net.
-
- Here's what I said then (and if you want to know more, perhaps you
- should try your luck in ...<shudder>... alt.rock-n-roll.classic):

- Found dead in a hotel room a couple of years ago (1985/86 I believe).
- Drugs/alcohol death, if I recall correctly.

- He went and joined Blackfoot for a while ('Teenage Idol' is a song
- from that period). But that was years ago and I have no idea where he
- is now.

- Mick Box has kept Heep alive for far longer than the band really
- deserved (and as far as I know they still exist, but have difficulties
- obtaining a record contract. They still tour heavily, and visit
- Holland regularly).
-
- In my personal opinion the albums "Abominog" and "Head First" are
- truly excellent hard rock albums (they have nothing to do with the
- 'old' Uriah Heep, though). The incarnation of Heep that recorded those
- albums had John Sinclair on keyboards, Peter Goalby on vocals, Bob
- Daisley on bass, and whatshisname on drums. And of course Mick
- "Wah-wah" Box on guitar.

-
- 'Whatshisname on drums' is Lee Kerslake, I now remember.
