  12. You can actually hear Peter Green's guitar cry the blues even
  13. today! He gave his favourite Les Paul to Gary Moore (whom he
  14. kind of discovered in the late '60s). Moore used it for a while
  15. but wanted to pay for it. Green told Gary to sell his best other
  16. guitar and give him the money he got for that. Which Gary did,
  17. even if Green didn't take all the money after all.

  19. Moore used the guitar on both "Still Got The Blues" and "After
  20. Hours". I read in an interview with Gary where they asked him
  21. if he had any contact with Green today. He said that they hadn't
  22. been in touch for many years when they met a couple of years ago.
  23. Green had walked up to his old Les Paul and picked it up. He had
  24. just looked at it for a while and put it back again. Moore said
  25. it left him with a sad feeling inside.
