  15.   I read in my local paper (Bloomington, IN) that John "Cougar"
  16. Mellencamp's 10 year associate John Cascella died Friday, Nov. 13
  17. of an apparent heart attack while driving his car near his home in
  18. Carmel, IN. Cascella, who has played a variety of keyboard instruments
  19. for Mellencamp for the last 10 years or so, will be best remembered
  20. for his accordian work on "The Lonesome Jubilee" and later Mellencamp
  21. albums. I'm not certain but I think he was about 45 years old.
  22.   His musical contributions to one of America's most gifted songwriters
  23. will be sadly missed. God rest you John.
