- A "TOO CLOSE FOR COMFORT" is when two songs sound so much alike
- that one must have been copied from the other. One famous example is "MY
- SWEET LORD" by George Harrison, for which he was sued because it sounded
- too much like "HE'S SO FINE" by the Chiffons or the Ronnettes or one of
- those silly 3 female bands.
- Another example in my opinion Is "DRIVE" by REM which is TOO CLOSE
- FOR COMFORT to"ROCK ON" by David Essex. The REM song even uses some of the
- same lines.
- If anybody would like to comment, or add a few of their own
- discoveries to this list, I would be interested to hear them all.
