  32. The debt was never mentioned.  It is not payable immediately as I know
  33. from leaving staff elsewhere.  The procedure goes: person requests to
  34. leave, they are asked why, they answer, if it is not something simple
  35. to handle (doesn't like another person, has personal problem, etc.),
  36. then routing-off begins.  No threats.
