- I think what the Daily Record ,and other papers of the genre mean ,is that
- 'Rave' ,in the popular sence of the word ,ie.. paying #20 quid for 'EarthQuake'
- A lot of 25-30 year old people ,who just missed the acid scene of yesteryear
- ,are all saying that rave is dead also ,baecause their only exposure to it is
- either the charts ,or at popular nightclubs where 2-unlimited is the standard....

- Wahheyy! All that good 'ol Italian stuff brings it all back .... nice 120
- bpm grooves ,a delicious vocal ,and when people hugged each other for real in the
- clubs ... the tunes are coming back in ,so now all we need is the songs again :
- real ones ,not just the odd looped line ,but whole songs encouraging love ,peace
- ,and the optimum atmosphere ....
-
- Anyone remember 'Raise' - Substance on the Boys Own label (the first single i
- think??). Or how about the Old Tyrell Corporation ones ,on the creation label ,I
- think they were the original ones to do the sort of "now relax .... feel your
- muscles loosten up ..... (lots of panting sex sounds ....etc)..."
- That was REAL ecstatic music ,and I challenge everyone to argue that Agressive
- Techno does more than that !!
-
- Kirk , seen as how everyone is on this vein after my "Guru Josh" remark ,
- are you going to tell us just who Janet is ????????
