  19. Yes, in many large US cities there is a curfew on young people, usually
  20. younger than 18 years I believe.  It stems from high-crime areas and having
  21. young people out at night.  I don't if this actually makes any difference,
  22. but in situations like a rave it gives the cops power to charge young people
  23. with something.
