- Spike was on Arsenio last night talking about the movie, and he talked about
- his meeting with Farrakhan. He said Farrakhan told him that no matter what
- his opinion of the movie was, he would respect Spike's work as an artist and
- support the release of the film. Spike then gave the minister a private
- screening and has not spoken with him since. Spike also said the Nation was
- very concerned with the portrayal of Elijah Muhammed in the film and that he
- would never be able to portray Malcolm in a way to satisfy everybody, which
- makes sense, I suppose.
