  13.       I'm not aware of any frequency databases on line.  Not surprising when
  14. you consider how many Mb it would take.  The file for Washington Co. AR is
  15. 60k for a population of ~100k.  Ignore some things and extrapolate that to
  16. NY's 10+ million people.  Easier to bop down to Radio Shack and get a
  17. _Police Call_.  Or find a place near you that sells the appropriate edition
  18. of _Scanner Master_.
