  11. Oh, boy!  As usual in these cases, I sorted it out about five minutes
  12. after posting the appeal!  What seems to happen is that bank and
  13. channel ARE entered consecutively, and as soon as the second digit is
  14. entered it returns to the search in whatever bank it was previously.
  15. Since there is no acknowledgement, it SEEMS that the store has failed,
  16. but, in fact, the info is there.  Aaaaaaargh!
