  12. It seems to me that as a discussion on the morality, legality etc. of 
  13. scanning private phone conversations, this thread is appropriate for
  14. alt.radio.scanner.  However, discussions of the true effects of crack
  15. cocaine use, drug testing in the workplace, and crack babies, while
  16. worthwhile topics, are not really what this group is about.  I suggest
  17. we try to get back to scanning issues, and take the other ones elsewhere.
