  20. Cellular phones, being radios, can be located.  This is probably
  21. beyond this husbands ability and resources, but its not impossible.
  22. On the other hand, if shes only using the phone from one place, it
  23. makes it that much easier to track it down.

  30. Most women leaving their husbands experience a *massive* drop in
  31. economic status.  $69 a month, plus paying for all incoming calls, is
  32. expensive.  Solutions involving lots of money aren't great.

  40. at all because of elections.  How true that is.
