- Cellular phones, being radios, can be located. This is probably
- beyond this husbands ability and resources, but its not impossible.
- On the other hand, if shes only using the phone from one place, it
- makes it that much easier to track it down.

- Most women leaving their husbands experience a *massive* drop in
- economic status. $69 a month, plus paying for all incoming calls, is
- expensive. Solutions involving lots of money aren't great.
