  29. I've heard so much about these fabled "tax breaks for the wealthy" that ReAgan 
  30. supposedly gave 'em... well, then, howzabout listing them?  And do be sure to 
  31. include the events of '86 TRA.  Such a list, coming from the experts here, 
  32. would be helpful to the discussion.
