  13. This is a query of all of you.  I'm on a small committee trying to
  14. project changes in a large rural area, based on the interaction of a
  15. lot of factors - including large influxes of seasonal residents.  We're
  16. wondering if there are, or if any of you are familiar with, quantitative
  17. data based models for urban planning, especially for small communities,
  18. that allow for such fluctuations.  We're interested in a computerized
  19. model that can be adjusted and updated periodically.  Any help or
  20. suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Take care....
