Hi.

I'm a 26 year old American guy who's going to be visiting Australia in
December.  I'd like to meet other gay people (or straights--I don't
discriminate) in Melbourne, Darwin and Sydney.  I'll be in Melbourne over
the weekend of Dec 5-6, then in Darwin later that week, and Sydney the
following weekend and early week (12th through 15th).

I know that's not a lot of time in any one place, but it's a work-trip.
If any of you locals have suggestions about what I should try to see/do in
each of these places, I'd appreciate your input.  I have some travel books,
but there's only so much you can get from those.  Thanks in advance for
any information you can provide.
