- I don't know whether or not the discussion on this topic has answered the
- original question (Why don't more women post here?), but it *has* shifted
- the gender balance here substantially. It seems to me that there are
- almost more posts from women now then there are from men.

- It's kind of a paradox: right now, the thread is irrelevant, because
- there are lots of women posting. But if the thread were to stop, the
- group would probably return to it's previous state of imabalance, and then
- we'd need it again. Kind of similar, in a superficial way, to saying "this
- statement is a lie."

- thread to "Why don't more women post *personals* here?"
