  12. The best thing to do about the rats that come from lab reserch (generaly
  13. white?) is to crose them with rats that wernt from lab resurch. The
  14. reason they are more seceptible to tings is because lab rodent are heavely
  15. inbreed so that they are a homozygous speaces (this is to make the tests
  16. more acurate-there is no varience in reaction do to genetics) this makes 
  17. them very seceptible to deasesis. Croses are good because the increas the
  18. gene pool and are often hardier then pure breads (there are breads of dogs
  19. that have the same problem)
