- I haven't lived through many of the problems yet since
- my baby is only a year old, but one thing that helps me a lot is having
- a supportive day care person. She didn't know what being a pagan meant
- when I first mentioned it, but she borrowed a copy of _The Spiral Dance_
- and read it so she'd understand. She has two Christian children, two Jewish
- children, and one pagan baby, so she puts up generic christmas ornaments
- and always says Christmas-Hanukah-Yule in one word to include everyone.
- I don't know how much Alice has picked up yet, but I'm glad that her
- first experience is with someone who appreciates diversity. I know she's
- not hearing one thing from me and something else from her caretaker.
