  22. I haven't lived through many of the problems yet since
  23. my baby is only a year old, but one thing that helps me a lot is having
  24. a supportive day care person.  She didn't know what being a pagan meant
  25. when I first mentioned it, but she borrowed a copy of _The Spiral Dance_
  26. and read it so she'd understand.  She has two Christian children, two Jewish
  27. children, and one pagan baby, so she puts up generic christmas ornaments
  28. and always says Christmas-Hanukah-Yule in one word to include everyone.
  29. I don't know how much Alice has picked up yet, but I'm glad that her
  30. first experience is with someone who appreciates diversity.  I know she's
  31. not hearing one thing from me and something else from her caretaker.
