  24. Possibly true, but you can inform people while being polite. Being  
  25. insulting and giving them no background on the different charters of the  
  26. newsgroups doesn't inform them eiher.

  29. inflammatory I've seen, but I feel that we as a group should be more  
  30. thoughtful in our responses to people.
