- MBV is already being mentioned in the same breath as Cure and Smiths.
- MBV has been more influencial than Smiths ever was (and probably more
- than Cure too). The whole british indie-scene from pop to rock
- has been influenced by MBV. CURVE is a good pop-example.

- If you read british music-papers (MM or NME) you'll see MBV
- mentioned pretty often in interviews with both british and
- foreign bands. Even Bob Mould has given MBV credit in an interview
- recently.
