  11. I have a moss MS720 car alarm. It's been fine ever since I got it in March.
  12. However, in the recent cold weather, it refuses to 'tock' when I arm/disarm it.

  14. Since there doesn't appear to be anything else wrong with it, I would like
  15. to know whether this is a general problem, or whether it is worth spending
  16. about a fiver listening to music if I phone up the technical helpline.
