  32. As my grandaddy once said, "Don't point a gun at something unless
  33. you plan to shoot it. And don't shoot something unless you plan
  34. to kill it."  If you shoot someone burgling your house and they
  35. live they will often sue and win, kill them and charges are
  36. almost never filed. Just be sure to shoot them in the front, it's
  37. hard to argue self defense when the corpse has three holes in it's
  38. back. If they're running away, say from your car, just tackle and
  39. beat the shit outta them. It's hard for them to argue excessive
  40. force when you just use your hands.
