  10. Does anyone know of an Internet source where I can get up-to-date stats about
  11. the number of computers and users on the Internet?

  13. The most recent estimate I have right now is that "nearly one million" 
  14. computers were connected to the Internet at the end of July 1992, up from
  15. "about 730,000" in January 1992 (source: April Streeter, How to Get your 
  16. Company on Internet.  MacWEEK, Vol 6, No. 36, 12th October 1992, p.22).  Given 
  17. the explosive growth of the Internet between January and July, the number of
  18. computers must be well past one million by now!
