  12. I need help.  For the past week I've been trying to locate a
  13. way of linking up with the Delft University of Technology in The
  14. Netherlands, but all to no avail.  I also have been trying to
  15. access hacktic.nl but I haven't been able to find it at all, but
  16. I know it exists.  If anyone could please tell me anything
  17. about these two subjects and also how to access NLnet and
  18. USEnet I would be in your eternal debt.
