  17. Organizations don't do work - people do; and exchange their ideas via
  18. journals, meetings, sigs, messages, &c.
  19. Every time the organization decides to 'improve' the home computer system
  20. it winds up costing me extra dues so they can send the dues bills quicker
  21. with th enew system!
  22. Send for an application or ask a coworker. Membership can't help but improve
  23. your ability in the profession. many meetings, and journals.
