  16. I am not exactly sure what you mean by "who's who", but the closet service
  17. I can think of that I think you want is the nic.ddn.  (National Information
  18. Center / Data Defense Network).

  20. Telnet to 'nic.ddn.mil' and choose 'whois' option.  From there you can
  21. try people's last names, hosts, or addresses.  Only an optional percentage
  22. of Inet users are on that list however.
