- I am not exactly sure what you mean by "who's who", but the closet service
- I can think of that I think you want is the nic.ddn. (National Information
- Center / Data Defense Network).

- Telnet to 'nic.ddn.mil' and choose 'whois' option. From there you can
- try people's last names, hosts, or addresses. Only an optional percentage
- of Inet users are on that list however.
