  22. We ask users to read, then sign a statement to agree that they
  23. will follow the appropriate-use guidelines.  The person who 'borrows'
  24. your account does not read nor agree to sign the guideline.  We have
  25. no recourse if that person uses your account inappropriately.  _You_
  26. might loose your account, depending upon the results of a peer review.
