- We ask users to read, then sign a statement to agree that they
- will follow the appropriate-use guidelines. The person who 'borrows'
- your account does not read nor agree to sign the guideline. We have
- no recourse if that person uses your account inappropriately. _You_
- might loose your account, depending upon the results of a peer review.
