- Umm, from what I know, the freeNet is a non-profit organization, not part of
- the government. They may receive some funding (in the form of donations) from
- the government, however.

- I believe that freeNet is being organized on a trial basis in several cities.
- If it is successful, it may spread to other cities.

- Instead of whining "Gimme, gimme, gimme!", why don't you do something about
- it: contact freeNet and find out when/how it could be set up in Toronto.
