  13. Does anyone know of an annonymous FTP or telnet site that carries news/public
  14. notices/other info from the FCC?  I tried e-mailing to a person whose 
  15. e-mail address I got from one of the whois servers, but it keeps bouncing 
  16. back to me.  Alternatively, does anyone know who I can contact at the FCC 
  17. for this information?
