- I think he is referring to the gigabit backbone for the Internet/NREN.
- It is already being tested between some supercomputing sites.

- I don't know where to find more info., but I would guess you could
- point your WAIS at internet-documents.src, or ietf-docs.src or
- netinfo.src or netinfo-docs.src and start finding some things
- that have been put out by the Internet Engineering Task Force.
