  13.     Are there any plans to create a new network or modify the current one?
  14. If I remember right, I read something in Popular Science about 9-10  months
  15. ago.   It said the transfer speeds would be incresed significantly.
  16. It mentioned that Congress was considering it.  Am I confused with something
  17. else???
  18.       I don't remember when it was from, otherwise I'd go look.. but if
  19. anyone who knows what their talking about knows....
