  21. In the white wolf RPG a explanation is given that lycanthropy is a resseve 
  22. genetic trate.  A werwolf breeding with another werwolf produces severe 
  23. birth defects (baldness, no tail, witherd limbs,ect.ect).  Werwolves must
  24. breed with humans, or wolves.  The offspring has a 1 in 9 chance of becoming a
  25. werwolf at puberty.  Any werwolf crossbreeds or "Metis" ares considerd outcasts
  26. or at least scorned.
