- Well, on Money For Nothing, I'm able to get a pretty fair
- approximation on my strats (both use SD Hot Rails in the bridge
- pickup slot) by turning the tone control all the way down,
- using a rich distortion, and feeding it through a flanger setup for
- slow, deep flange, with a lot of feedback. FWIW, I use a Quadraverb,
- and the patch I use has been posted with the banks I've released
- (called FatCity Flange).
