- I have a question........??? I was given a left-handed strat a few years ago
- by a SO.....The guy that sold her the guitar claimed it was a USA strat. How
- can I confirm this...unfortunatley, he replaced the neck with a right-handed
- aftermarket that he had set up with a floyd-rose a schaller tuning keys.
-
- At this time, the reversed neck was considered "in" because of groups like
- Bon Jovi, etc. I hate the way it makes the guitar look, but this guitar has
- an outstanding sound....
-
- I guess my question is, how can I even tell if this this is an original
- Fender...? It's not a big deal, it would just be nice to know. The only
- Fender emblems on the guitar is the metal plate the holds the neck to the
- body (An item easliy installed). If I take off the pick guard, will the
- pots have any info on them....?????
