- Also Stevie Ray Vaughan. When I was up on Stevie's stage before a
- show back in '84, I was checking out his equipment and chatting
- with Byron the roadie. I think he had an Ibanez Tube Screamer in
- the center, and two pedals on either side of his setup on the
- floor. One I reckon was a volume, and the other the coolest
- looking pedal I have ever seen. It was wide and black, with a
- chrome, raised, Vox insignia stamped into the metal footpad.

- friend got to play "THE guitar" ('59 with a '63 neck) acoustically
