- I have it in a guitar magazine so it does exists, and you correctly titled
- it. I think it is silly and frivolous. It's essentially 20 pages of 4
- exercises. The reason it is so long is because they're all chromatic
- exercises. For example, the Annoying Chromatic Position Change Exercise:

- Then I think they had the shapes of the modes played in every key, and such.
- It's better to create your OWN exercises based on individual weaknesses and
- compile your own "ten-hour workout." I have a lot of exercises classified
- by that which they .exercise. - like "Advanced Legato Technique" and "Hand-
- Over-Hand 8-Finger Legato," etc. I can type some up if people want..
