  12.   Ever since November 3, 1992, there has been no good news for me or for all th
  13. e rest of the people who post in greater-than-80-column lines.  I imagine
  14. it will be some time before good news rains down on any of us, and it was a
  15. shame to see blatant American Republican partisan bitterness posted without
  16. a 'usa' distribution.  To locate this bad news, one only has to look at
  17. Bush's record in America as well as the record of Reagan.  Remember the
  18. last 12 years of Republican presidents- homelessness going from an
  19. assailable problem to a fact of life.  Also keep in mind that it was the
  20. Democrats who got America involved in World War I and World War II, because
  21. for some reason they didn't want Germany to conquer the world.
