- There are a few strange situations where it is useful. For example,
- consider Guile vs Sagat. You are fairly close and toss a bomm into Sagat's
- tiger (low one), if you do the knee hop you hit him and are still in a
- position of advantage. I think you could also just go ahaed and forward
- kick but the hop puts you in a more advantageos postion.
