- special moves out, then you are moving WAY to fast. Learn the basics. Do you
- know which attacks counter others? Can you time an attack to hit another
- attack? Can you throw? Can you sonic boom/fireball/yoga fire? Buffering is
- something that comes with practice, you can't expect to buffer a fireball
- until you can fireball at will, know the timing of the fireball and the puch/kick
- before it. It seems like the new SF][ players see the masters and want to
- emulate them immediately. It takes time and practice to get good, learn tactics
- first, to win, and then practice the various special combos and advanced
- techniques.

- Well, if you want to buffer a move, I hope its with Ken or Ryu, because they
- are the real `bufferable' characters. For a simple buffered fierce punch/
- fierce fireball, do this. Start the fireball motion. Halfway through, press
- fierce, at the end release fierce. You will punch then fireball. Timing is
- slightly faster press and release than a standard fireball. You will
- often see this buffered move come out when you attempt to DP.
