- From all the screaming I hear, I'll assume that all the fucked up chips are
- not pleasing to play. I hear many cries of cheap and how useless character x
- is. What I want to know is, just how common are these chips? In some places
- here on the net, it seems like all the SF2CE have been replaced with the fucked
- up chip. Where I am, the chip hasn't even been sighted and my friends all
- think that I'm braindead when I tell them that this chip exists. I still
- haven't seen it anywhere near here.
