  12. From all the screaming I hear, I'll assume that all the fucked up chips are
  13. not pleasing to play.  I hear many cries of cheap and how useless character x
  14. is.  What I want to know is, just how common are these chips?  In some places
  15. here on the net, it seems like all the SF2CE have been replaced with the fucked
  16. up chip.  Where I am, the chip hasn't even been sighted and my friends all 
  17. think that I'm braindead when I tell them that this chip exists.  I still 
  18. haven't seen it anywhere near here.
