  11.     For UL fans only:  Was in the market the other day and I
  12.     spotted a True Confessions-like magazine (I forget the
  13.     actual title -- one of those magazines that specializes
  14.     in lurid accounts of sex crimes or shameful confessions
  15.     and repentences of past sins).  Anyway, one of the cover
  16.     stories had a teaser something very much like:

  19.           was a note on my pillow:  WELCOME TO THE
  20.          WORLD OF AIDS!"
